These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily 7 app, published by Cherry Pickles. By downloading or using Daily 7, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Daily 7 on Apple-branded devices you own or control. Your use is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its puzzle content.
Daily 7 offers three ways to unlock Full Access — all seven daily games and the full archive:
Current prices are shown on the App Store purchase screen and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
For the auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly): your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (your App Store account settings); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Apple manages all billing and refunds under the App Store's terms, so we are unable to process refunds directly.
Please use Daily 7 lawfully and as intended. Don't attempt to disrupt the app or its servers, circumvent purchase or access controls, or extract puzzle content for redistribution.
The daily puzzles and their content are provided for your personal enjoyment and remain the property of Cherry Pickles or its licensors. Puzzle packs are delivered as static files and are offered on an "as is" basis.
Daily 7 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the daily issue running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherry Pickles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address with a new date below. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
