Daily 7 is built by Cherry Pickles. We designed it so that your puzzle life stays yours. This page explains what the app handles and where it goes.
Your puzzle progress, statistics, streaks, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If iCloud Sync is enabled, this data is also stored in your personal iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service so it can follow you between devices. That data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy — we have no server-side access to it. We cannot read your progress, your stats, or your streaks.
Daily 7 offers three ways to unlock Full Access: a one-time Lifetime purchase, a Yearly subscription, and a Monthly subscription. All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details, your Apple ID, or any other account information from your purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The app periodically downloads new weekly puzzle packs from our server (cherrypickles.net). These requests carry no identifier, no account token, and no user information — the app simply fetches a static file. Our hosting provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for normal operational and security purposes, the same way any website does. These logs are not linked to you and are not used for profiling, advertising, or tracking.
Daily reminders are optional, scheduled locally on your device, and can be turned off at any time in Settings.
Daily 7 does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. There are no ads and no tracking, ever.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date below.
